Each of our newly-hired associates follows an extensive induction programme to understand who we are, where we are going and how we work.

Following a successful induction, individual development plans are put in place to ensure our team members receive on-going training. They also have the opportunity to keep up to date in the latest techniques and practices in optics, manufacture of glasses, eye exams or general retail skills.
